Fair Hotel is a bit of run down, needs some upkeeping. Exercise room is not good. Good value for money. Good Lake view of the room.

A lot of potential, I hope they restore this place. I’ll pay 10x to stay when restored It wasn’t that busy, the pool table area was gross, staff at the restaurant and bar area would rather hang out than clean the beer bottles sticky tables everywhere. 3 people working the bar, no customers. There’s a beer bottle behind the (broken) arcade bowling game (yes it still takes your money) that has probably been there 2+ years. horrible horrible stay and paid $331 and wasn’t even there 3hours the mold and mildew smell, the junkies in the lobby asking for cigarettes in front of the front desk manager.
