It serves the purpose of having a room with a great location but I would not recommend to anyone. Our room was not turned over when we got there so we had to go back the lobby and wait in line which was a waste of precious time. The bathroom door would not close all the way. The ‘security’ at the front door seemed to spend more time flirting with women than actually keeping the entrance secure. Poor Staff are not friendly and not supportive The location is amazing

Poor The hotel hallways and rooms have not been updated since the 70s. There was only one pillow per bed. Had to request more. Stayed two nights and our room was never cleaned. Had to call for towels the second day. The lobby restaurant has not been updated since the 70s and the breakfast was very dry and not good. The workers in the Libby were great and friendly
