We had such an amazing experience picking out of new mattress! In the past at other stores have felt pressured and anxious with some of the sales associates! Mattress factory was the complete opposite, they asked simple questions to guide us towards our perfect mattress! Such a simple process! Highly recommend!!

Our family’s go to place for a mattress. They beat all the competitors prices no matter what brand or size. I have purchased many mattresses over the years for ourselves and grandchildren. The service is excellent. Delivery is always on time and they do a great job. Don’t waste time going to other mattress stores, MATTRESS FACTORY is by far the best. Len helped us choose the right mattress for our needs.
Came all the way from NJ because heard great things about our salesman Len who works in Springfield store. He was so knowledgeable about all of the products. Without being pushy, he was able to help us find a perfect mattress for our needs. He was also great with our two children who had to tag along. The facility was clean and efficient. We will be coming back for sure for any additional future needs. Highly recommend this location.
This is my 2nd mattress I’ve purchased with them and the customer service is always great. Len was super helpful with recommendations and very polite. The employees I’ve interacted with were never pushy / sales people and allow you to shop around which really matters to me because I can take my time since this purchase really matters. Delivery is always great also! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a mattress.
