We went looking for a new mattress today and as a family with 12 year old and 6 month old infant in a new home we needed a reasonable price also. My family and I were helped by Ron and Dennis. We had a great experience. Ron helped us on sales floor and got us a great deal on mattress. We had another wonderful experience at Mattress Factory. Len, our salesman, could not have been nicer. He was very helpful and directed us towards the right mattress for us. He discounted our price and gave us a free mattress pad. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.

Andres showed me some mattresses and there was no sales pressure. I able to make my decision without rushing. They also were having a special sale that I could take advantage of. Left after my purchase happy.
