Our Sales associate, Dennis Kanagie was EXCELLENT! He is in the Newtown Square showroom. My husband spoke to him on the phone and he was so helpful with our exchange. We had a great experience from start to finish. We really appreciated that Dennis did not hover over us as we browsed the store and tested out all of our options, however he remained readily available to answer our questions when we were ready.
