We had a great experience from start to finish. We really appreciated that Dennis did not hover over us as we browsed the store and tested out all of our options, however he remained readily available to answer our questions when we were ready. It was as easy as the easy button on Dennis’s desk. Great selection, no pressure, good prices and it supports our local economy. Dennis was helpful when we needed it, and gave us plenty of space when we didn’t. It’s not something you shop for very often so we rely on these types of reviews for advice. Sales team was excellent. They answered all our questions clearly, were completely informed about all the features and benefits of dozens of models, and were fun to deal with, plus the sale prices were great. We ended up buying a king, a queen and two twin beds because the selection and service were so good. We had gone to other providers but The Mattress Factory stood out well ahead of the pack. I’ll return there for any future purchases.
