Very Poor place was uncomfortable and restaurant service poor.

Very Poor The bathroom door does not close and opens automatically. The bathroom floor was not cleaned and had beach sand on it when we checked in. The room was way too small and very suffocating. The water pressure in the bathroom taps was always low and had to wait for atleast 5 mins for them to adjust to normal speed and temperature. We wish we could have had availability for an ocean view room, but at the date you requested it was not possible to accommodate you to a larger category and we only had the availability for the basic room which was the Tryst Petit Room. Super small room, not friendly staff, but a great view and location. Room was extremely small for two adults. It was difficult to be there. Bathroom also super small. Staff wasn't very friendly. Shower floor wasn't clean. Not a good value for the money. Location is nice. They have chairs and umbrellas by the beach. Vuwe from the room was great.

Glad it was over since I did not have a good night sleep Dance music was playing since the moment we arrived 3:45pm in the lobby/hotel bar restaurant until 11:30+ and got louder as the evening progress. Not sure who the audience was since bar restaurant was empty. Bed mattress was too soft, bathroom tiny. Would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone. hotel was located in El Condado

Location was amazing he was amazing I was amazing I had no hot water in shower. room was super small, and found a Cockro cold water in shower, mold in shower, and found a cockroach… the view and the location

Disappointing Las habitacion por el costo muy pesima, nada que ver a las fotos presentada al Internet. El área del baño a penas cabía , al ducharme estaba rota la cual todo el baño se mojo. No había espejo para poder vestirce y maquillarce. Nisiquiera una cafetera para poder hace el café de la mañana todo los servicios que ofrecían a través de la página de Internet totalmente falso.
