unfortunately was not what I expected. I felt like The staff was awesome everyone was nice. My room unfortunately was not what I expected. I felt like I was in college again in my dorm. The rooms are incredibly small my bedroom at home is bigger does not feel like a hotel. The tv was also horrible no cable. You have to log into your own Netflix or Hulu account to watch anything. For the amount you pay cable should be included. Also my hot water went out twice Just that I had beach access

Poor Limpieza , pésimo baño , mucho ruido, cama con ácaros. Ubicación

Not worth the money For the amount of money that I paid for the room It was not worth it. super small and very confined. when I checked in I was handed a card with no room number. I had to ask for the room number. I do not mind paying for a good meal but The Restaurant “Wicked Lilly” food was horrible and Expansive . I would not recommend this place to anyone. Staff was Friendly. The only thing I like was that the beach was literally behind the hotel

They lied about 150$ deposit being put back into account , currently fighting with them to release my funds and no manag Not receiving 150$ deposit when they said we would

Depends on your financial institution when the amonut will be reflected on your account. As we spoke, this can take up to 5 working days. We hope this information was helpful. Not okay The room was very nasty, that’s the reason why I checked out early. The room and the bathroom was dirty, did not look like it was cleaned before we arrived. The staff were very helpful and nice. The scene was beautiful, but the room was nasty. Old stains on the bedding and pillow cases.

Fair El cuarto muy pequeño, el baño olía a humedad. Mucho ruido.

My room AC was out the whole time I got there. We had to get 2 fans from the manager. But being without AC in Puerto Ric Too small Hot lobby Location

unpleasant for the four day stay we were moved twice and asked to move again which I declined. I didn't like how the key card for the room wouldn't work; we change key cards 3 different times during the stay, i didn't like the staff at the front desk of the restaurant very unfriendly, rude, never want to answer any questions. There is only one outlet in the full size bed room and its in the bathroom, how is anybody suppose to charge their devices???
