Fair No tiene parking. El cuarto muy pequeño. Y no habia mucha iluminación. Realmente es como para pasar la noche y ya.

Hola Yaniushka, Lamentamos que haya tenido una mala experiencia con nosotros. Sin embargo, al parecer se produjo un error, pues si tenemos Parking para nuestros huespedes a U$15 dolares y asimismo, disponemos de valet parking por el mismo valor. En cuanto a lo que menciona de lo pequeño del cuarto, es cierto, disponemos de habitaciones pequenas que son las mas básicas, pero si el huesped lo solicita siempre podemos subir de categoria a habitaciones mas amplias, lamentamos que no nos haya informado a tiempo a fin de soluciona... read more

Poor First the room was filled of roaches and had to have a room change. Second there was no room service as of chsnging towels. Third the bathrooms for both rooms I had which were 311 and then 405 were tooooo small, hardly couldnt fit in the shower and to make it woese rhe water wouldnt drain as normal of quick, it would take about an jour to go down. The staff were awsome and special the valet parking guys was great.

Hola Hiram, Gracias por sus comentarios. Lamentamos su experiencia con el cuarto. Las habitaciones Tryst Petit son el nivel mas basico de habitaciones que tenemos. Siempre existe la posibilidad de un UPGRADE cuando el cliente lo solicita y cuando tenemos disponibilidad en el hotel. Lamentamos que no se haya comunicado con el Front Desk para un upgrade y nos disculpamos por la experiencia que tuvo. Saludos cordiales.
Exelente Poca iluminación en la habitación. El ascensor muy lento para tan pocos pisos. El personal muy atento. La habitación muy limpia.

Fair We arrive on a tuesday, they din'nt clean the sheets , bathrooms and trash until thursday morning , and only because I have to call and request that we need the clean... I like the size of the apartment , it was good location.
