Fair It was to hot. Hotel wouldnt let us book another day. It was ok. Nothing to really brag about.The only thing was it was right on the beach

The Tryst That Wasn't Memorable The floor was dirty, hot water was lukewarm at best, no clothes hangers in the closet, handsink was missing the stopper, and no one emptied the trash until I asked the staff to do so. I felt like I was staying at a cheap motel, not a hotel in "el Condado" at over four hundred dollars a night!. Only the warm and friendly staff kept me from leaving, but the facilities are rundown and you can see many slapdash repairs throughout the property. A very big disappointment overall. At best fair We didn't have access to the wicked bar you need a reservation to go in to the bar in the hotel lol Breakfast we where lucky to get a cup of coffee

Poor I personally believe that the room was overpriced. The bathroom was super tiny and the room as well. It also smelled like weed the entire time that we were there. It is in front of the beach and close to many restaurants.

Location is very good, and that's about it. The music of the onsite restaurant was loud, and unnecessary actually, from about 10am to 10pm. There is a construction close by with noise from 7am. This restaurant had a few options and was not related to the hotel, so we could not place the bill on our room. Rooms are old, not well maintained. Options of TV channels were very limited. Bad El servicio al cliente , de parte de la persona en turno en la mañana, ya que nos negó el uso de toallas y sillas. No lo recomendaría ni volvería

Hotel rooms are not worth more than $140/ night Room 211 had peeling paint on wall and black mold on ceiling. Bed was missing flat sheets and and some face towels were not provided. My room was changed but the building maintenance needs to inspect rooms after they are cleaned. Black mold is very dangerous and I was traveling with my toddler daughter.
