Disappointing Overpriced. Very small room. No closet, no hangers, no iron, no coffee maker. Location

Don't ever stay here!! Nothing! This place was DIRTY, NASTY! My door key would not work, so every time I wanted to get into my room I had to have a person from the front desk to let me in! It was a pain in the ass! The room was nasty. It was not clean at all. High priced for Nothing.

Deben trabajar más en en el tema precio calidad El restaurante es bueno . La tarifa del hotel es muy alta para el tipo de hotel , es ilógico que hice una extensión y por una sola noche la tarifa aumentó a 499 dólares .

You get what you pay for I guess Someone serving food, who looked too young to work, was wearing ratty sweatpants, like he rolled out of bed and went to work. Not sure if they weren't given a dress code or if they just don't care? The "hostess" of the outdoor area/ restaurant/ bar was on her phone with someone that looked like a highschool friend, chatting away, immersed in their phones, which continued throughout the entire time I waited in the lobby. Bad They overcharged

Don’t Stay Here! The staff not helpful at all. Customer service training desperately needed for everyone from manager to housekeeping. They also need to clean not better just clean. This was the first place I ever booked on booking.com that I hated! It was filthy and the staff was rude! The pictures on booking.com was deceiving..This place was crap! So dirty..Windows gross..ceiling tiles stained.

The worse experience ever The night I stayed there with my daughter another guess got very drunk and was banging on my door naked telling me let me in using very stung and bad language. We were so scared the police got there after 3 hours we didn’t sleep the hole night. And the manager promised me my money back for our bad experience after calling numerous time’s without any luck I desired to put this review. Next time be loyal to your customers especially that I had a minor in my room

Fair The room I booked was for a Queen bed & we got a Twin. The bathroom was very dirty & had mold on the ceiling & in the shower. Upon arrival, no one wanted to assist us with checkin in for over 30 min. I stepped Outside & was at the beach.

Not what you might think. Not enough parking for all guests. Rugs smell like cigarettes. Bathroom room with pubic hair. Shower so small you can’t swing your elbows. WiFi didn’t work while watching a movie. Drinks at the bar of poor quality and expensive. It’s a beachfront property.
