Poor There was wet rot in the bath wall corner, the showerhead was rusted, there was no caulking around the tub and it was rusty. the tub was very slippery. The in room coffee selection was abysmal. Price point was ok. The room size was fine, bed comfort ok.
See above Check clerk was yakking on phone, personal I think and had me wait 5 plus minutes. Bed pillows were flat and gave me a neck ache. Room was on second floor but asked for a ground floor. Apparently only queen bed were on the second floor. Location to where I needed to be Saturday.
Do not stay here, the $$$ is not worth it. Plus, there are several other nice places within walking For the amount that I paid for two nights was robbery. Our room felt run down, tired, strange smell, knicks everywhere, etc. Almost $750 for two nights. So not worth it. The staff was kind. Easy checkin
Will never return. TV hard to use. Poor viewing selection. Carpet torn. Bedding ripped. Toilet seat fitted like a slip-and-slide. Location close to the golf course.
Won’t be ripped off again by this brand name attached to this motels name. Continental breakfast was a joke, then your suppose to sit under a dark covered out door patio to eat, maybe for a 39.99 per night cheap freeway motel, “not” a 200.00 plus “motel”. Water trickled out of shower head, it took 10 minutes to rinse the soap off me. Super small bathroom. Bed had minimal covering, I was ok, however had my wife accompanied me she would would had to request additional blankets. Ridiculous.
Expectations were sadly not met! Bathroom was dirty, a few front window shutters were broken, a meager breakfast and the outside eating area was poor. The orange juice available was spoiled! VASTLY overpriced and not worth what we paid Location and staff's helpfulness.
Bad The room was outdated. It is way overpriced for what it is. No ac. The ceiling fan kept turning off. I asked the person up front if he could compensate any of that. He wouldn’t. It was stuffy at nite. I had a room by the stairs. I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t only sleep cus it was too hot but Too much noise at the room located at the end on first floor. I will Never stay there again. Only that it right near the 17 mile drive. Not too far from aquarium and other attractions.
Poor There was a moldy smell upon entering the room. The sofa bed was horrible it squeezed every time my traveling companion moved. Her comment was she would have been better off if she had removed the mattress and slept on the floor. The surface of the shower floor was not very inviting. The pillows were not the best. The first turn off was when I asked if the office could divide the room charge on to two separate credit cards. I was told they didn’t and couldn’t do that. Very Poor Carpets were very dirty. Wouldnt use the shower. Staff was courteous.
