Shortfalls are impossible to sum up in one sentence. Lots of things I didn't like, I would not be able to squeeze in allowed 2 or 3 sentences. Arrived late for check in, still I had to wait because the door locklocked needed to be fixed. For two slim people the bed was even too small, uncomfortable, made up with very cheap materials and was very very squeaky with minimal movement. Good location but staff unhelpful and accommodating Staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating. We had asked for a room on a high floor when booked, although appreciate requests are not guaranteed. However when mentioned upon arrival we were told the room type was not available on a high floor. We should therefore have been informed of this when it was booked. We were given a room on the ground floor next to the reception area and stairs to the upper floor. Quite poor considering as there was hardly anyone staying at the hotel.... read more

Very poor breakfast. Manager who was always same person not personable. Parking very different. Vehicles parked out on road were the same daily making it very difficult to safely and easily leave the parking lot as vision is blocked to oncoming traffic Small

Fair I like that the place was very clean. It was however very very dated the front desk closes at 7:30 PM and the breakfast they provide is after seven we heard people complaining because their early risers and wanted to get on the road but breakfast wasn’t available yet. Vision
