It is just a place to sleep. no fun here the property and rooms were old and outdated. Sunday morning at 7:30 the office wasn’t open for coffee and so called breakfast included so we finally left and didn’t get to check out! location

Do not stay here. Customer Service. Empathy The female owner at the desk is beyond rude. If you don’t want to offer 24/7 assistance to your guests than consider posting more signs and possibly not living in your motel. The rates are a ripe off also. Paid over $600 for 2 nights when that is the usual price for 4 nights! The room is not handicap accessible due to the fact that the door is difficult to open and close, takes much force. basic hotel accommodations, in an older and in need of an update hotel that price gouged. Being charged more than 600. dollars per night for a hotel that clearly and routinely is between 99 and 199 dollars per night. The fact that you gouged me because it was Monterrey car week I find inexcusable. I get supply and demand but I do not understand gouging prices triple the normal rate. shame on you.
