מקום לא נעים עם צוות עוד יותר לא נעים החדר לא היה נוח, עובדת הקבלה היתה מאד אנטיפטית, וארוחת הבקר לא ראויה. כלום

My husband got sick the first night we were there. had The hotel would not cancel the following nights because they sai Our room (100) was at the end of an unlit hallway. The room had a reading niche but there was no overhead light or standing lights so you could read or do anything there. Only that it was in Pacific Grove.

We were home. ???? It would have been nicer it we had the money that belongs to us. The whole process Booking.com, Booking/Expedia, & how a third business got got involved & confiscated our money. Looks very crooked. Call the F B I or at least send this survey to City Visa .This could possibly help expedite getting our 408 back that we have paid for nothing except the worst transaction I have ever made in my 89 years.WE doubt that you will ever show this to your travelers. I would not stay here again, they rob your money. Staff was very unhelpful, rude, and not very accommodating. Also they ended up charging two separate transactions to my debit card after I paid the room in cash. Front desk was questioned about it and said they would go back to my account. But could never explain why two separate transactions where made. Ended up having to dispute transactions with my back. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN STAYING HERE. cleanliness. They offered a breakfast however the coffee machine didn’t work and waffle maker was not cleaned from the previous day. Not a good value location
