I've been to many of the Cunningham restaurants and this one left me disappointed by comparison. The building smelled like they had a dried floor drain. The food itself was fine, but I expected better. It just didn't feel like the same attention to quality and detail. Overall it felt rushed. The whole dinner seemed like a hurry and it showed in the quality.

Very slow service and just mediocre food. Folks were nice there but probably won’t go back.

Bar service was slow, finally got drink when meal arrived. My favorite item since it opened was the Pizza.! Loved it. The completely changed the recipe and tastes like frozen pizza now. Big fan of Cunningham Restaurants, but this one is going downhill.

Kind of expensive. 3 for dinner. I had pasta which was okay not great. The other 2 had pizza. Fig pizza has fig jam on it not figs and my daughter didn’t care for it. My husband had margarita pizza which he liked. Crust is great. We all had salads which are ala cart, glass of wine and one mixed drink. $106.00 plus tip

Food is okay, lacks flavor. Asked for San pelligrino and we were given a warm bottle of it and no glasses to drink it from. Unimpressive and not what you expect from an Italian restaurant. The restaurant had most all tables open and that was definitely a sign.

The food was amazing. The water tasted very dirty. I took a sip of water and had to instantly get a different drink because it tasted bad

I had the chicken linguine and it was so bland! Like the chicken was boiled and the pasta was over cooked and sticky in a clump. Server was nice but did notice that I was not eating it but didn't offer anything else. I don't think this place will make it with serving customers bad food. Shocked it is a Cunningham restaurant

Our reservation was ready. Our server was attentive. Food was delicious; however, lasagna had a peculiar taste to it. Stingy on breadsticks. My entree came with one breadstick. When I asked for a sect breadstick I was told I would need to purchase the breadstick starter.

We visit several Cunningham eateries and I have never posted anything other than "above and beyond" reviews, until now. Would never return to Theo's. Felt the food was just adequate but very overpriced for the quality. Then we were celebrating a birthday; had an email from Cunningham for a free dessert. Waitress brought bill to our table; I handed her my card without looking at receipt since she was standing there with handheld card reader.
