Took my daughters out to dinner. I wasn’t thrilled with the place. The night started with a dirty water cup! The bread bowl was dirty as well. The food was tasty, but the porterhouse steak is really an average T-bone not worthy of cost. The cocktail I had was sour. Further, the place needs a major update. The bathroom smelled like a subway. Not a good choice. I won’t be back.
Had a 715 reservation didn’t get seated for one hour
To start had an 8:15 reservation, didnt get seated till almost 9. Food was below average, got a wedge salad and it came with sour cream dressing. steak unseasoned. Fries that came with steak were cold and fried to non existence. Got the sushi valentines special honestly just was not good ate 2 pieces. Didn't get out till almost 1030. In addition in that time frame saw the waiter 2 times. For the price there are a million better places.
Not impressive. I will not go here again. Steaks were raw. Service was slow. Loud and overcrowded.
While I gave the restaurant outstanding reviews I will never return there on a weekend. I made a reservation and waited a half hour to be seated. Others had waited an hour. This is not the first time this has happened. They are taking too many reservations for the same time. We waited shoulder to shoulder with other diners. In the time of Covid and other illnesses this is unacceptable. The fault is partly ours. We should have left.
The WORST service and a manager who just made excuses without an apology nor real care nor concern.
Been going here for over 20 years. I guess it is the sign of the times but service has fallen sharply. Went on a Wed evening at 530. They had no hostess. There was one server and one busboy. The manager also was helping. The place was full by 7. It took us over 2.5 hrs to finish for just two people. We normally order desert but could not imagine another 45 minutes. Food was great, took forever to be seated…and to get a drink
Very cold, people sitting with their coats on. We had to ask them to turn up heat. Service incredibly slow. I know it's a holiday but saw 2 tables leave withoit their entrees after nearly 90 minutes. We finally received our dinners and that too was cold. Used to be better.
