Was there during restaurant week, the food was delicious and a good value during this week. The service needs work. We were never offered bread, though there were bread plates on our table and other people had bread on their table. Generally service was slow, with a long lag between entree ans dessert, and then they tried to bring us a 2nd dessert. I get that hiring capable help is an issue.
I was very concerned that not one member of your staff was wearing a mask nor were they displaying any vaccination proof !
Overcrowded, not enough servers our waitress was overworked, we waited an 1 hour and 20 minutes for our main course, but the hostess.was very accommodating because I had crutches and a leg brace
The food was pretty bad. My burger was an over cooked ball without flavor. The server and bus staff were very good. Never again.
First time I was ever disappointed with Thom Thom service was subpar took forever for the waiter to come over to take a drink order I understand that possibly they were short staffed but honestly I was disappointed last evening
Plates were taken away while we were still eating We ordered chocolate bag and put our spoons down for a moment Busboy grabbed plate We were still eating When we tried to stop him he just laughed and walked off with the plate Ordered petite filet mignon 3-4 was edible the rest was grizzle This was not my first visit by any means so I know that it could be much better Very disappointed
Matt the waiter sucked! He literally didn’t come over to us after our food was delivered. We ordered more from our busboy. Mixed up our martinis, lucky I wasn’t allergic to coconut it I would be suing . Love going here but get with it!
The food was disappointing. My wife and I both ordered duck, and they both came out overcooked compared to how we asked for it (overcooking seems to be a problem for them - someone at a nearby table returned a steak because it was overdone. We ate there about six weeks ago, and I had a similar problem with my steak). The sauce was tasteless. We both asked for mushroom risotto instead of the mashed sweet potato the duck comes with, and our waiter told us it wouldn't be a problem - but neglected to tell us there was a $3 dolla... read more
When we arrived at Thom Thom the restaurant Had only 3 other tables Instead of coming to greet us We heard the waiters arguing over who would serve us Not a good start We ordered a coke and a beer And a strip steak med rare and filet Mignon medium After waiting 45 minutes And being told twice “ your food should be right up” I was served a med WELL steak When I said This is horribly overcooked The BUSBOY came over to argue with me So Slow service Overcooked food Bad attitude Well never go back
