There seemed to only be 2 waiters in the entire dining room on a very busy Saturday night. This was actually our second attempt at dining here due to the crowd (1st time was after COVID reopening, left because the place was packed after waiting for 35 minutes). The food was overpriced for nothing really spectacular and the service slow. I do not think I’ll go back.
The service was horrible. I’ve been there many times and I’ve never had to wait for a meal over a half hour, especially that they weren’t that many tables for our waiter. It took him forever to give us also our check.
Even with a reservation, we waited over 45 minutes to sit. And about an hour for our appetizers to be served.
Would never go again to this restaurant. I made a reservation and ended up being upstairs where I felt like I was in a dirty catering hall. The food was terrible and the service could not of been any slower. My biggest regret is paying for my meal when I should of spoken to the manager
It was almost a 2 hour wait for our food . I’m very disappointed
Seated 45 minutes past reservation, unattentive waitstaff, food was average, mash potatoes tasted like they were made from a mix not fresh.
Food was excellent and the service was great, but the wait despite a reservation was disappointing. 20 minute wait and it appeared they truly didn’t plan for reservations already made. It was also listed as a participating restaurant for restaurant week, but no specials were offered, only the full price menu. Still good but I did expect specials and not a 20 minute wait despite a reservation.
The crab cake was not hot, warm at best. The diver scallops portion needs 5 not 4, too salty. The sweet potato risotto was too salty as well and not real risotto as it was made creamy by adding too much cream. The bok choice was good. The trio sorbet was also salty. However, the coconut sorbet was tasty. My wife's Clay oven roasted chicken, was probably cooked in a skillet, no flavor, dry and warm at best. Her potatoe side was a lump of deep fried potatoes. The asparagus was salty. The blueberry crumble was practically a blu... read more
Ugly dinning room, it was a chilly damp night and the restaurant was way to cold.
