The staff was very attentive and professional, showing my husband the compassion and dignity he deserved. I was not sure of the proper procedure after Frank passed and nurse Jill Lee took control, making the necessary calls and following the appropriate protocol at all times. Jill qent tge wxtra mile and even helped me locate the provider of some durable medical equipment not provided by hospice so they could retrieve their equipment, as well.i was very impressed and grateful. Three Oaks treated my late husband with dignity and compassion. A special shout out to Nurse Jill Lee. After James passed away, she took charge, knew who to contact, made recommendations and suggestions as this was all new to me. Jill even coordinated the picking up of the hospital beds and other durable equipment. She even heloed me track doqn who had provided his original hospital bed She was on the scene and hands-on Beforehand, a Chaplain associated with Three Oaks visited as well as social workers. The most caring and compassionate liaison and nurse came when I was by myself at a difficult time. I was not prepared for the fact that we were not going home and the end was very near. The ladies were so understanding and while my family peppered me with questions, they helped me understand the process.
