The hospice team was available to us any time of the day and was very responsive. Nurse Kelly was so kind and took a personal interest in my Mom and Judy from the pastoral team provided mic appreciated religious support.

The staff was very attentive and professional, showing my husband the compassion and dignity he deserved. I was not sure of the proper procedure after Frank passed and nurse Jill Lee took control, making the necessary calls and following the appropriate protocol at all times. Jill qent tge wxtra mile and even helped me locate the provider of some durable medical equipment not provided by hospice so they could retrieve their equipment, as well.i was very impressed and grateful. Three Oaks treated my late husband with dignity and compassion. A special shout out to Nurse Jill Lee. After James passed away, she took charge, knew who to contact, made recommendations and suggestions as this was all new to me. Jill even coordinated the picking up of the hospital beds and other durable equipment.
