So grateful for Three Oaks Hospice (TOH) and the Care Team assigned to my mother, Camille R. Although we knew that my mother was slowing down due to CHF and the aging process we did not realize that she would have such a rapid decline and pass away within 3 - 4 weeks after qualifying for Hospice. The personnel was very friendly and knowledgeable. My main concern was my husband entered hospice when it appeared nurses were leaving and others taking those places. Wish the nurses would have spoken with me on my husband’s status as I had questions but difficult to contact them. The person who helped make the arrangements for my husband was very good and empathetic. Even though she tried, as did I, to obtain spiritual counselling? Understanding? Could be expanded on. All efforts are greatly appreciated.

I had interacted with the Three Oaks Hospice team at a facility I was contracted into in Sandwich, IL and found them to be very engaging and responsive. Naturally, they were first on my list for possibilities to support an uncle who desperately needed hospice arrangements to get home on a recent Friday afternoon. This team Illinois team worked tirelessly to line up multiple arrangements in order to take him home the very next day.
