Three Oaks Hospice employees are very compassionate and helped so much when we needed their services with my mother. Brittany (social worker), Kelonda (nurse), Kaitlyn (nurse) and Anna (CNA) each exhibited skills, compassion and level of care our family needed during this time. Brittany went above and beyond to help us get our mother into a skilled nursing home where she could receive the level of care she needed. If you are looking for hospice services you will find no better than Three Oaks Hospice.

nurses were good - however to many times I had to call the main office to see if someone was going to show up. They would say my nurse was out and they were going to replace him or her. but could not tell me who or what time We were also very disappointed in the equipment-bed. They would not provide a bed he fit in. Also bed was old and I was injured on my leg from it and had to get stitches and a tetanus shot.

I can’t express how thankful our family is to have had your support and efficiency at how your team stepped in and coordinated my brother’s care with grace and compassion at one of the most challenging and emotional times. You have a great staff of associates who take pride in their work; however, there needs to be processes in place when you have a client in a facility. The family and the facility should be kept informed when the client makes requests...a quick text, email, or phone call would suffice.

During the most difficult chapter of our lives the team at Three Oaks stepped up in more ways than I can even count. Every single person we spoke to or had involved with her care were kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to doing whatever it took to keep our Nana comfortable and to give us some peace of mind as we tried to care for her. Three Oaks Hospice were angels for me . I did not feel alone in making decisions for my mother . The nurses ,social workers, deacon all guided me . I never felt alone . I felt like I was their only clients. God bless you all .
