I signed up with time share exit team on April 23, 2018. I paid in installments until April 23, 2019 payments totaling $7,644.90. I was told it would take about 18 months to get out of the timeshare and was willing to pay when I needed to to get out of it. This is a fraudulent, lying company who does not live up to it's guarantee, fails to communicate, lies about taking action and keeps passing your matter on from sub contractor to sub contractor. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MINE BACK FOR YEARS NOW AND THEY ARE NO CLOSER THAN WHEN WE FIRST BEGAN 6 YRS AGO!
They have had the file since 2016 on a contract signed in Canada by my mother. They have done nothing for years and provided no information except when asked and the response usually was we are working on it these things take time. To make a long story short their most recent advice is try and get out of it by yourself and maybe hire a lawyer for a new power of attorney required by Florida law. We have been working with this Company for five years. We were assured that if they were unable to complete the exit process in 18 months, our fees would be refunded. Well, five years into it and they have been unable to do their part. Now when it's time to refund the fee , they are trying to play games with us and trying to avoid giving our fee back. We were LIED to and MISREPRESENTED by more than three representatives. We've been yelled at, the company has refused to answer phone calls, and ONLY after we went to Ramsey Solutions were we able to receive in form of communication. The Time Share Exit "Team" is not reputable, broke their word and stole $3K+ from our family. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!
Scam!! They hide behind small print that contradicts what sales representative states in the high pressure selling process. There is no risk free 100% money back guarantee. My advice, go directly to a lawyer, these people are just middle men jacking up the price. Scam.
Signed contract with Time Share Exit Team (TSET) June 2018 and made them add addendum specifically stating that if the release from the timeshare was not complete in 24 months they would refund our fee. 2 years and 9 months latter we have not received a refund, and TSET won't tell us if we ever will. Signed an agreement in November 2016. Nothing has happened. Started trying to get a refund at about the 3 year mark as the 100% money back guarantee said they needed to provide the services within a reasonable timeframe and I have corresponded from them stating that was 12-18 months. What a nightmare it has been. The representative from Reed Hein & Associates sold us the contract, said he would be with us every step of the way. What a liar!
