Signed up with these folks in November / 2016. Over the course of the years I have had to try and pry information out of them and most of the time the response is be patient. Have even had them come and request information to try and exit on a hardship claim when they had already received that information many months prior. Horrible Experience. Signed contract in 2016 to receive assistance in exiting a timeshare my mother and I shared after her passing. Was told it would take 12-18 months to process. Exit Team did not even begin process until last payment was made- 12 months and then asked for additional hoops to jump through and money. Non-stop horrendous, deceptive and useless patterns from TSET. I signed an agreement with TimeShareExitTeam to start my single Timeshare exit on mid 2016, and paid them $3607 for this service with what is listed in the contract as 9 to 18 months to complete my TimeShare exit. I chose them 3 yrs ago. Paid them thousands. They did NOTHING! My file was NOT addressed. Two & 1/2 yrs later, the timeshare co sends me a bill for $800 just as COVID starts. I got the run around for the next 3 months. After my persistence, finally nailed one person down, whose entire assistance to me was for ME to contact the timeshare co telling them I don't use it and what does it take to be rid of it. Released from timeshare after nearly 3 1/2 years. Reed-Hein rep told us initially that it would take 9-18 mos. They finally hired another vendor to get the job done after 3 years in, and it was successful after about 6 months with the new vendor. The whole process was costly. Paying about $6,000 up front was a lot, but because it took so long to resolve, we had to pay an additional 3 years of very expensive maintenance fees to our timeshare. I’m having an absolutely horrible experience with timeshare exit! Find another company if you were suckered into buying a time share, or go to a law firm directly! 3 years of this has been enough! They continuously give out the wrong information. Almost 6k wasted on this service, not to mention the money already wasted on the timeshare itself. You’re better off letting your timeshare go into collections versus calling timeshare exit team. Good luck, but PLEASE DO NOT go this route!

SHOULD BE FORCED OUT OF BUSINESS I signed up with Timeshare Exit Team in March of 2017 after paying them just over $4,200. In August of 2018, they advised they had a "new exit avenue" with a company in Florida to whom I paid an additional $500. After all this time, I still own the timeshare. With only rare instances, any contact I have had with either company was initiated by me. We contracted with Time Share Exit Team to get us out of a time share. They assured us that they had experience with our time share company and would complete the exit in 12 to 18 months. Being cautious, we had them sign a contract amendment specifically to guarantee a full refund if not complete by 24 months. Now it is 30 months, we have requested the refund but they have not done it.
