After reading many other complaints dated in 2020, my complaint is exactly the same as all the others: ReedHein did not perform or live up to their contract, they did not return phone calls or answer emails or letters, they passed us off to Standard Timeshare Transfers who came up with one buyer that was rejected by our resort. After that we heard nothing. After 2 1/2 years and many letters and requests to refund our $4812.88 fee we have heard nothing. Scam artists completely. There should be a category for negative stars. Signed up with them 48 months ago and little or no communication. Also concerned they have had a data leak as they sent out a communication saying a Third party may try and contact their customers. I have had number our phone calls form this party to an unlisted phone number even the timeshare doesn’t have. They say no leak but sure feels like they have. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM OR LISTEN TO THE CELEBRITY ENDORSEMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I started with Timeshare Exit Team in March of 2017 and at almost 4 years I am still stuck in my timeshare. Scam! Scam! Scam! I only went with the because of Dave Ramsey mentioning of them during my debt course. This company will take your money and pass you around like a whore. They lie, if you ever get to talk someone. They make you believe they're looking into your case but know absolutely nothing about the case. My husband and I are so very disappointed with Timeshare Exit Team. It appears they are just as big of scammers as the timeshare people are, promising one thing but selling something different entirely. We only went with them on the credit of an endorsement from a trusted voice and they seriously do not deserve the endorsement as I have never received such awful customer service in my business dealings with the company endorsing them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could chose zero stars I would. After two years of with this company, we are timeshare free but not because of anything they did. For two years, when requesting status, we would have to send a minimum of 3 emails asking the same question before getting a generic response thanking us for our patience and many times after 4 or 5 emails. I had submitted 2 timeshares for exits and they exited me out of one. When asked about the second, they lost it! It’s been 3 years now and they are dragging their feet to get it exited for us! We have paid the total we were quoted at the beginning of the exit for the two timeshares. They did attempt to make me pay more money but I had to FIGHT for them to go to my initial call where it was quoted and agreed upon for the amount on exiting of two timeshares! My husband and I started with timeshare Exit Team in November of 2018 in good faith that we would get our money back if they were not successful, my husband actually thought it was probably a scam anyway but I said no **** ****** recommends this company! Anyway, here we are over 18 months later, still no exit. I requested our money back on May 22 and have heard nothing from them!! So I guess my husband was right, thanks **** ******!! I am sooooo disappointed.

Timeshare exit team, Reed Hein, is not a company to trust. We paid them thousands of dollars to get us out of our timeshare with ********. They did nothing while they took money every single month from our account. Be careful with these guys. We feel we've been scammed.
