Got the best rate... he is not a broker so did not have to pay exorbitant closing fees like with other quotes I received. Have not closed yet... hopefully will happen soon. Great person and easily accessible. Highly recommended.
Tim did everything humanly possible to get our loan financed during a very busy time. As I'm self-employed, substantiating my income can be a tough task on a mortgage application. He ran us through the loan system on our own credit, with a co-borrower #1, and with a co-borrower #2 (twice). Then he ran our scenario with an FHA loan. Tim is very helpful and responded to our questions and concerns promtly whever he was available (he did take vacation some times but was not a problem to us anyway). It took us more than half year to get a short sale closed with Tim and he has been very patient to us. His rate on Super Conforming Loan is the lowest I can find and the cost is very reasonable and lower than most of the lenders. Highly recommended!!

Tim was very knowledgeable and was able to guide me through numerous obstacles involved in bying a foreclosure property in California, such as appraisal being less than asking price, repair conditions for the seller as well as income verification issues. All of these were very stressful items but Tim was calm and confident in helping resolve them all.He is an outstanding loan officer. Highly recommend.

Tim and his team were great to work with. They were responsive whenever you call/email even in the midst of a snow blizard! I shopped his GFE with serveral other lenders and they were not able to even come close to competing with his costs and rate. What was even better was my final closing costs came in even lower than the original GFE estimated.
