Tim and his team were great! They answered every question I had, and there were a lot of them... Every time I called they answered, even once at 9:00 at night, Tim was still in the office! No complaints whatsoever. Thanks Tim!

Our experience with Tim was fantastic! Tim and his team not only were able to provide us with a great deal, but also did it in record time. Our initial contact with Tim via Zillow was only 24 days before we closed on our new house. We were able to apply and process our entire loan online and Tim and his team were very fast in responding to emails and answering our questions in a friendly and professional manner. My wife and I purchased our house with a mortgage from SunTrust through Tim Sutherland and his team. The entire process went smoothly. I could even say it exceeded our expectation. I am the most skeptical person when it comes to purchasing anything over the internet and I had no real expectation of making the biggest purchase of my life based on an interest quote from Zillow. First and foremost I recommended Tim to anyone and everyone. He exceeded every expectation I had (greatly) and answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with all of the answers.
