I first found Timothy Sutherland in 1995 when buying a home. I've bought and refinanced a number of homes over the years, usually every 2 or 3 years and I always return to Mr Sutherland to get my mortgages. Great guy to work with! Purchased my house five months ago, first time home buyer, so everything was new. Tim and his entire team were terrific. As a first time home buyer, Tim was very helpful and answered a lot of my questions. Everyone I dealt with was professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend. (Can’t say the same for my realtor and the title company).

I read the reviews on Tim on your website and was a little disbelieving of the rates offered and of the overwhelmingly positive feedback on Tim. It seemed to me that it was either some kind of a scam or else Tim was that "one in a million" person. So I reached out to Tim to find out what was the truth. What can I say? I just want to say that I got on zillow to check rates from an existing lender I was working with. I found two brokers, both great and very informative. One was Tim Sutherland. He was very responsive, sent me frequent updates on rate changes, and although I did not end up using him, I want to say he was right on the ball and seemed very good to work with.

Tim Sutherland was professional and thorough throughout the mortgage process. Tim helped push our loan through in record time and patiently followed up with all of our emails and voicemails. Tim sets a high bar that other professionals in the mortgage world need to work towards. Tim has my highest recommendation.
