The guys from TLC installed our new gas line and our new floor furnace. Phil and Gavin are great: helpful, funny, educational, efficient. We are very pleased with their work. We recommend them highly.

Sewer ejector pump failed and we needed quick repair. TLC responded immediately and did an outstanding job. Their technician, Ralph G. was one of the best we have ever worked with. He was on time, polite and knew what needed to be done. Great work and a reasonable price. Would use them again.

Prompt same day service (actually, within 2 hours) and the problem was fixed expeditiously. The service tech was very courteous and knowledgeable and gave us pointers on how to alleviate any future problems with the system. The price for procedure was exactly as quoted at appointment setting.

I would like put in an excellent review for TLC Plumbing and Heating in Alb, NM. We were in need of a new heater and Carlos R****** the company Tech put the heater in quickly and expertly. He was very friendly and took care of all aspects of our heating problem. Some how he became aware of our financial situation; we found the need to take out a loan to pay for the work. Stellar service! I called on a Monday afternoon, and they came to my toilet Tuesday morning. Santiago arrived within the appointment window, and even called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Once here, he insisted on wearing shoe covers to protect my flooring. He was polite and professional, assessing the issue quickly and explaining the solution.
