We had an issue with our water heater and Jason M****** responded to our residence. He was professional and knowledgeable about our water heater and took care of our issue.

Very professional and answered all our questions. My first phone call was for an estimate, which was scheduled, the next day!! Very prompt, knowledgeable and made suggestions. Tech found and located leak, scheduled service immediately. I see TLC trucks all over the city, I'm glad I called them.
Rudy M******** did a wonderful job replacing our garbage disposal. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. He also provided valuable advice on replacing bathroom fixtures. I can highly recommend using TLC and Rudy.
Once again, an outstanding job by TLC. Terence N***** was our tech and he summer-ized my Daughter-in-laws Cooler. The did a thorough job. When he was done he went over the benefits of having TLC's Preventive Maintenance Plan. As presented the Plan had a lot of pluses. It seemed like a win for me so I signed up for the plan.... Since I have dealt with TLC for so many years it seemed like the way to go... Job well done Terence....
Matt was very professional. He was friendly, arrived when expected and did a great job installing my new furnace. He left the job site cleaner than when he arrived. I would highly recommend TLC and Matt.
Rudy M******** service tech at TLC did my summer changeover yesterday. He was such a joy!. He took the time to explain the condition of my air conditioner. He answered all my questions. He was very polite, articulate and well spoken. I would rate this as a 5 star + review!
