I had a handicap toilet installed by Chantry Mowrer. He showed up on time, gave me the options to install and came back later in the day to complete he installtion after getting the model I desired. He was prompt, efficient, and friendly and easy to work with. He completed the job to my satisfaction and I couln"t ask for a better job.

My furnace stopped working in the late afternoon. Called TLC and used their after hours service. It was a little more expensive but worth it. Carlos R. was the service pro who fixed our furnace issue. He identified the problem quickly (a cracked ignitor). He had a replacement part on the truck and had heat restored to the home in about an hour. Very professional!

The Technician, Will S*****, arrived on time and was very polite and personable. He quickly addressed the problem with my plumbing and corrected the situation. I was so impressed with his professionalism that I wanted to give him a tip for his outstanding work. He politely declined my offer and informed me he was not allowed to take tips. This indicated to me that Will is a man of character and integrity. Will S***** is a valuable asset to TLC Plumbing and they should be grateful and proud to have him as an employee.

Scott S. was called in to take a look a time at our boiler. He was very knowledgeable, professional ,and made appropriate referrals to other technicians as well as other services that might benefit us in the future. He also went out of his way several times to have TLC’s dispatch call us back in an appropriate time frame during this busy time to schedule future appointments. Thank you again!

I had my heat turned on today by Adam W***** and his partner. When I made my appointment, I was given an ETA of 8-10am, and they arrived promptly at 8am. The quickly and professionally turned on my heat, and offered a suggestion about a part of the furnace that was going to need replacing soon.

Rudy M kept me updated as to his arrival time as the call was emergency weekend call. Rudy is very knowledgeable and was wiling to explain the situation when I had questions ., Rudy was able to correct the leak and perform the necessary tests to ensure there longer were leaks. I appreciate his courtesy and knowledge he offered my situation

I called TLC and set up an appointment to have them come out and investigate a leak. I also had drainage issues. Will S. came out and was extremely courteous and professional. He did his work over and beyond what I expected. He checked every possible source of the leak and found other issues. He remedied them quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable. My very old water line finally developed a leak and I contacted TLC and am so grateful! Jeff, Jack, Eric and Saul worked SO HARD, from morning into the evening, to replace my line so I could have the water turned back on. They went above and beyond in all they did.to ensure my plumbing was intact and functioning properly.
