Purchased a genuine TN-760 cartridge and it failed after printing only 50 pages I love my Brother laser printer and have had no issues with it until last week when I got a "low toner" message and replaced the old toner cartridge with a Genuine Brother TN-760 which I purchased from Amazon in 2019. 3000 page estimate is a farce Print quality is fine, but for $70+ I expect to get at least half of the 3000 page estimate. Nope - I got less than 1000 pages. This is my second Brother laser and to-date I've opted for the brand name toner because the non-OEM sometimes produced flaking, but this is simply a rip-off.
Prints about 300 pages not 3,000 I got through a little more than 1 ream (300 sheets) of paper and am now getting the "Toner Low" warning. I have a Brother printer ... it only prints in Black (no color). So, just decide if the price is worth 300 sheets to you and not 3,000.

Always purchase OEM I purchased refilled versions and guess what, they ran out long before the OEM's. In some cases stopped working. Had too much trouble with the knockoffs. Stick with the OEM and just pay the price to save you a lot of money and trouble.
Use cartridge right away After 45 days he toner was unusable as it solidified in the cartridge.
Wrong infomation at order time Must have read the replacement information incorrectly, this does not fit the print i purchased at the same time. Finally needs replacement of the black toner and this is not it

Didnt even get 100 pages and now it says empty... I bought this cartridge through amazon because shipping through prime is so convenient and I dont have to leave my house, but not sure if this was a fake or what but I did not get more than 100 pages. The one that came with my printer lasted forever while I was a full time student constantly needing to print reports and papers.
