Faulty product I ordered this far in advance of my needing it. When I opened the box, toner was spilled into the plastic bag packaging and my printer would not accept it. (My hands were covered in toner. I need a toner, what must I do?
TN-760 "High Yield" lasted only a month I usually have a good experience with Brother since they make favorable consumer printers. Unfortunately, I perhaps received a dud (high-yield toner cartridge). The last one lasted almost a year (my print volume has remained about the same). I will update this review once I call in to support and find out if this was some sort of anomaly.
Wrong Cartridge Shipped, Lasted Less than 500 Pages We love our Brother printer, and the last high yield cartridge we bought for it lasted 6 months! We are printing a bit more at home in the pandemic, but the most recent cartridge we ordered from Amazon died after less than 500 pages. When I opened the printer to check it, I realized the cartridge had a different model number printed on it -- DR-730 -- apparently, that is a cartridge that is supposed to last 12,000 pages? My Brother printer would not accept this cartridge. I bought this because my Brother printer said toner was getting low. When the toner ran out I installed the cartridge, but my printer would not recognize it. So my $75 cartridge is useless along with my $150 printer.

Scam! Don't believe the false advertising that this cartridge will give you 3000 pages- mine is out at 1750. Realize that Brother's "high yield" is based on a print coverage of less than 5%/page! My average coverage is 6.9% which should yield 2170 pages. A call to Brother was useless. The agent tried, but a supervisor actually told me I got more pages than I deserved! "On your side", don't fall for it.
Buyer Beware The toner I rec'd is not a Brother genuine toner. I was so careful to purchase nothing but a genuine cartridge. The Amazon Brother store looked real, the price was the usual $76.00, and it came in a Brother box. I didn't realize it until I started having problems with printing and called Brother cs support. Brother Doesn't Disappoint I purchased this high yield toner for my small business and have nothing bad to say. It took longer to unbox and remove from the airtight seal the toner is shipped in than it did to install it. No smudges or any other funny business on the pages once installed.
Cartridge No longevity for pricing.
