Far too expensive Price for printer ink, it's just too expensive, That's how they make their money It's not on the printer itself.
SCAM, Beware! Garbage, was able to print less than 200 pages. Low toner warning came up just after 50 pages. I disregarded it thinking the toner is brandnew but soon enough I ran out of toner in the middle of a project. SCAM!!!
Scam of a lifetime!!! I was supposed to get 3000 pages out of this high yield toner...Hardly after 500 pages (after ~200 print quality started deteriorating), it is now low toner...Spent hours on phone troubleshooting with Brother reps...Never going to come back to Brother
unusable ink cartridge Purchased this product. Once installed it printed very faded hard to read pages. We tried to using this for a while thinking it would improve but did not. It sill has over half of the toner in it and we replaced it today with a new cartridge from somewhere else and the pages look nice and clear and print great. This particular one was garbage and a waste of money.

3000 pages is an exaggeration I purchased this high yield cartridge and an 8 ream box (4000 sheets) of paper at the same time. My Toner low warning has been on for a month and I still have 2000 sheets of paper left. I have been printing documents for work that are mostly words and numbers on pages. Average type document printing, nothing excessive requiring extra toner. Unless this low toner cycle lasts for 1000 more pages of printing, we've got some false advertising going on. Wrong Toner Shipped!!! Just opened this toner and it was the wrong one!!! It was TN-660, not TN-760. Be sure to read the label prior to opening...
I NEED TO BE ABLE TO PRINT! Beyond frustrating. Everything says this cartridge will work in my printer but it doesn’t look anything like what it’s replacing and it won’t fit. I NEED TO BE ABLE TO PRINT!
Brother does NOT stand by their products! I purchased this cartridge early so I had it on hand when the current one ran out. When I installed it, the printer responded with "No Toner" on the screen. I called Brother and they said I was out of luck, the warranty is only for 90 days. So it's money wasted to a company that will not stand by their product. $75 I'll never get back. Not buying another printer from Brother!
