Garbage Printer worked until I put in this cartridge, then it went into sleep mode and wouldn’t ever print again. Garbage Brother product.
Print far less than 3000 pages I bought this "High Yield" toner but it came out NOT "High Yield" at all. I print about 1000 pages and then the toner needs to be replaced.
Expect approx 2K prints - Greedy Brother is deliberately exaggerating their print count Ugh. I just spent an hour on the phone with Brother support because last last two 'high yield toners with approximately 3,000 page print actually yielded about 1/3 of their approximate. A decent response for them would have been, we are so sorry please let us give you a free standard toner to help make up for our deception. That didn't happen. I opened the package to find ink dust EVERYWHERE My product was not even usable. The toner dust was exploded all over the inside of the package and all over the cartridge. I am hoping to be able to get Amazon or the company to issue me a replacement even though the window for returns closed in July...I did not need it until now because the cartridge my printer came with lasted me this long. Packaging I've used this toner before and have been satisfied. However, it was very disconcerting that this item arrived without being in a package. Therefore, anyone approaching my home would see that it was a toner ($76.99). This is the first time I have ever received an online item that was not in a package. How thoughless!!!!
