Stopped Working I purchased this item back in February for minimal printing tasks in my Home office. The ink cartridge just stopped working out of no where, and I can't get a hold of anyone to resolve this issue either.
wrong type Did not fit in the printer
Don't order extra because return window too small. I ordered extra so that I would not run out of ink. The cartridge did not work and It's past the return time.
Totally wasted my money This is the first cartridge I've ever bought for my printer that totally prints black or smeared....So frustrating at this price. Wish I could get my money back. I'm hoping it's a fluke.
Did not work This cartridge is not recognized by our computer. We went through support via Brother and bought a new one from Office Depot and have no trouble.
ink ran out Within 1000 pages the ink ran out.
BEWARE Is this a rip off? I mistakenly signed up for the auto-replacement program. Although there is plenty of toner remaining in the cartridge, the printer displays a "replace toner" message and will not permit me to print. There are no instructions on the Brother website for how to override the "replace toner" message. The website only allows for phone support, no chat, no email address.
Do not buy from them! Printer is missing the drum and starter toner!!! I’m highly upset!!
Make sure to check your order If you buy the 2 pack I purchased the 2 pack and they were put to the side until needed. We just needed the 2nd of 2 and found out the toner # is not the same and of course this happens AFTER the return window closes.
