Printer still says "Replace toner" Maybe I should have not bought this at all. I admit that I bought this back in 2018. Finally today I replaced the toner with the new one and the printer keeps complaining that I need to replace the toner as if I simply used the same and old toner... gosh.
OEM cartridge not worth the money Although this cartridge produces great prints I cannot say it is any better than the 3rd party cartridges on the market. In the future I am going to save the money and purchase one of those. If you are worried about opting for the alternative this is a genuine brother product and came sealed in the box.
With 50% left it looks horrible This is my second or third cartridge and with 50% left, the entire right side of the page is printing very light. Spent over 30 mins on chat with Brother to find out I need a new cartridge and this one is out of it's warranty. So I have to spend the money to replace a defective cartridge. Not very happy right now! I can see if there was 10% left, but I bought a high yield cartridge for longevity and for it to be bad at 50% left is very disappointing.
Ran dry after 10 pages Inserted new Brother high yield cartridge fresh out of the box. Followed the instructions correctly. After 10 pages of my supposed 3,000 page toner, it quit. Printer is already saying to replace toher. Also, it's past the 30 day return window, so I'm out my money with mouthing to show for it. Thanks Brother.
When opened to use it WAS DEFECTIVE When I opened to use, it would not work in either of my printers. I ran out and bought the same item and printer worked fine. Item was defective but did not open within the window to return!!
Only lasted 500 pags The item I received is fake , the cartridge says DR-730 , not TN760.

Faulty ink cartridge The ink cartridge came to us, we put it in the printer. The printer read what it read on our other one that was empty. "Ink cartridge empty". Would not print anything. We thought it might have been our printer, so we ordered same, brand, everything from another seller. An it works without a problem. It was not our printer. We were sent a faulty, empty ink cartridge.
cartridge went to use this cartridge and it will not work....printer says to install new cartridge...kept trying and still will not work...
