Not what I expected Somewhat disappointed with the print quality after installing this toner cartridge. My Brother printer is brand new and the starter cartridge that came with it gave me much better, crisp black print on my documents. The new toner cartridge prints are light and should look much darker considering I just OVERPAID for an original Brother toner cartridge. I'll try something else the next time.
Tn 760 cartridge still 3/4 full, but will only print very lightly Changed drum. still very light. Performed all fixes from web site, but no help. Finally replaced cartridge with a new one and things print fine. Cartridge is defective. Amazon will not take a return--past 30 days. Can't contact seller. Guess I'm stuck
Is not compatible with my Brother printer, even though it's a Brother cartidge This cartridge came in a smaller box than normal which I thought was strange, but it appeared to be a Brother cartridge but with reduced packaging. When I installed it, I got error messages that it was not a Brother and that it was not compatible with my Brother printer. I repeatedly removed it and tried to reinstall it. It still does not work. Two problems with the toner cartridge Two problems: 1) Every other toner cartridge I’ve ever bought comes with a label to place on the box to return the old cartridge. This one, the TN-760, requires you to go to the Brother website and create an account with a password and then print a return label from there. Worst Product ever! Definitely a defective toner cartridge! This is what my toner cartridge looks like. The printer reports that I've only used 25% of the toner and yet because of this new striped pattern on my toner cartridge it prints this pattern on everything and is completely un-useable. I would never buy a brother laser printer again. They don't work with off brand toners and as a company they produce products like this that are clearly defective.
Does not work I ordered 2 on my order. Just opened one and it says no toner... NOT HAPPY!!!
Manufacturer's Product Never had a problem using the cartridges of the printer's manufacturer. Can't say the same for substitutes.
Did not perform as expected Less than 900 printed pages obtained from this toner cartridge, then fading occurred. Very dissatisfied and unhappy for the dollars spent.
