I have had to shake it 4 times so far and its only half used Usually these have been really good but for some reason this one has been a pain and I have had to shake it 4 times so far so the ink on the papers don't fade in certain spots.
Disappointed I disliked the fact that I ordered a Brother brand toner and received a generic brand toner which is minimal quality compared to my previously ordered Brother brand. Definitely will think twice before ordering brand names from Amazon when they switch your order to something other than what you actually ordered-disappointed.
14 months later and I'm here again I'm a(n old school) grad student who prints everything, even online readings, hate reading from a screen. I print a lot. A lot. On economic mode, this thing lasted me some 4 reams and 14 months. I was away for the summer, so let's give it 12 months. A year of toner, not bad. Note: this is domestic heavy use, not commercial. Brother HL-L2350DW.
leaked ink inside our printer! ordered this cartridge before without issues, always pay more and stay with name brand to avoid QC issues. ink left black line alongside our printed checks. not happy:(
Not original Brother brand False advertised it is not original Brother cartige. It does not have Brother brand name or serial number.
Possibly fake toner Even though there's a small picture saying GENUINE, when I installed it my printer said Not-Genuine Toner and the printing quality was horrible. After 3 months I had to call Amazon and they started a refund on the product
opened product i got the box and it was closed and now a month later i needed to use it and i opened it and the toner thats in the grey sealed pouch was opened torn open and put back like that
Confused on their own products! I was very careful about ordering this cartridge for our new printer. Once I realized it wasn't the correct one I was wondering why Brother's recommended it? Could have saved me a lot of time and trouble! Not very happy with this whole situation!
Ruined the cartridge I ruined an expensive TN760 cartridge when the plastic tear off failed to tear all the way around. There is no way to get the rest of the plastic off. I tried everything. I ended up trying to cut it off and ruined the printer. Now I'm out $75. The printer is great, but the cartridge is trash.
