THIS IS A JUNK PRINTER AND REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGE! I replaced the cartridge on my printer which is only about one year old. After replacing the cartridge the printer continues to say "replace toner cartridge". I did everything recommended in the help section. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE available. Don't buy this printer or cartridge. A simple web search shows that this is an ongoing problem with this printer. A service technician recommended that I "junk" the printer and get a better brand.
Printed pages less than 500 Claim of 3000 black and white copies- not even close. Did one ream of paper maximum
"Low toner" message after a week of usage I never had any problems with TN760, except for this one sold by xhygkpw. The cartridge literally last for one week. After a week of not heavy usage we are getting the message "Low Ink".
Wasn't a genuine toner Lasted only two and a half months, a high yield usually lasts me 9 months. The print quality the last month was terrible. Had to be reinstalled every morning, the printer wouldn't recognize it for more than a day.
Not cheap but it's OEM - No Issues I burned through the low capacity toner cartridge that came new with the printer and shopped around for a replacement. I opted to stick with Brother because of some compatibility issues with other brands and it wasn't worth my time to try and troubleshoot the installation if they didn't work out of the box. Poor printing, we have to shake cartridge every 25 copies. Brand new? We normally buy direct from home depot. We go through a cartridge about every 2 months. We started 11-04-2019 and have had problems with printing. We have to pull out and shake about every 25 copies.
Low toner after 800 pages I would love some help understanding my problem. I purchased this toner because it was advertised to last for 3000 pages. However, the printer is reporting low toner and we haven’t reached 1000 pages printed. This is not as great a value as I anticipated.
RUN! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY USE IT! As a curiousity or a joke gift, this might have a place in a musician's folio. Otherwise, the staves are too small to use without a microscopic pen point and then you won't be able to read the notes without a magnifying glass. This product was obviously developed by a non-musician with no clue as to what was needed. You can't make a conductor's score by pasting more staves on the page and reducing the size until they fit. This did not fit my printer! Order this toner cartridge along with my new printer. This states that it is "Brother Genuine Cartridge TN760 High Yield Black Toner" so of course it's supposed to to compatible with my printer. When I installed it, it kept giving me a message that said "No toner". I decided to purchase another toner from another Seller just to see if it was in fact the toner and not the printer. Sure enough, the printer recognized the new toner and is printing as it should be.
