SCAM - Not legit This is a scam. It is not a real brother toner cartridge. I wish I didn’t order in advance of needing it since it is past the return window. Do NOT order this.
Sucks Not happy ! I put in the brand new cartridge and I get a message on the display to Replace drum.. am not getting even close to 3000 copies
Damaged Left big streaks down every page. There was some kind of ink-y build-up on the roller. I cleaned it off with a Q-tip. That got rid of the big streaks but it's still leaving tiny ink-marks all over the page.
This cartridge is faulty This was ordered to replace the starter cartridge for a brand new printer. It was installed last week and since installation the printer has gone nuts. We think we have a faulty cartridge but it is past time to return and replace.

Love, Hate Relationship with Brother Hate like the dickens to pay this much for a toner cartridge, but I won't use anything other than an authentic Brother cartridge. Print is clear and sharp. Wish they would include a label for old cartridge returns in the box. I spent a lot of time trying to find the website to return the used one. It's a free service. A lot of people don't want to do that and put them in the trash instead.
Check to see who is filling your order. Is it Amazon Services or a third-party? This toner cartridge lasted only 1 month when the one I previously ordered lasted 6 months. By the 3rd week of use the print quality was very poor. The only difference I can see from my order is it was filled by a third party seller. My 1st order was filled by Amazon Services. 1st cartridge - filled by Amazon Services = 6 months of quality printing 2nd cartridge order filled by xhygkpw = 3 weeks of quality printing, week 4 faded printing 3rd cart... read more
Printer Cos hold you hostage Pricey
Replace toner still on screen Screen still shows replace toner which based on my research means this is NOT a genuine product or perhaps this specific ink cartridge chip is defective. Unfortunately I bought this in advance of my need and I am out of the return window.
