Jim and Dan are great, They are very thorough. I get my home and office carpets cleaned regularly and cannot think about anyone else to get this quality work.

These guys were complete and helpful. Very pleasant and friendly. Could not have asked for a better review before buying a property. Made me feel at ease about what needed fixed and what might need fixed in the next 5 years. Would most definately use them again.

Fantastic service. Our inspector, Jim was very informative and explained everything in Layman's terms so my wife and I can understand. Extremely thorough during the home inspection. I would recommend Top To Bottom Services to anyone.

I don't give out 5 stars very often. But seriously people, this is as good as it gets when it comes to home inspections. We had Dan, the owner and I can tell you that the experience was top notch. Right from the beginning he talked us through the process. Along the way he explained everything he was doing and gave us a lot of education on how to repair, maintain and care for each thing. Bottom line: As good as it gets in home inspection and top notch in just plain ol' customer service. Kudos TTB Services.

Great company. I used them recently for a home inspection. The staff was very friendly and personable. Doug is a great inspector. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Afterwards, he followed up with a great report about the issues concerning the home. Their prices are very reasonable. I really have nothing negative to say about this company and would definitely use them again.

I contacted Top to Bottom Services at the suggestion of my agent. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. I would like to add the caveat that my house contract fell through and I did not get the house so my review is only for the inspection process and their excellent customer service, not the long term outcome of the inspection. Dan was the inspector who came to the home I am buying. He is professional, courteous, and extremely patient. I was comfortable asking questions to what I didn't know and he did not make me feel stupid at all. The inspection was thorough and although I couldn't be present for the first 30 minutes, the rest of the time he let me and my dad observe what he was doing and let us ask questions as needed. What a garbage company. For $1300 this is the service I got First they missed the fact that the house has an unfinished basement during scheduling. Sent two inspectors. One of them broke his toe earlier in the morning and was barely doing anything (don't blame him. Sucks they made him work through it) The other inspector frank was condescending and didn't seem like he wanted to be there.
