Our first time buying a home... can imagine how many questions we have. John performed our inspection and a did a great job! Answered all of our questions, no matter how out of left field. He also took the time to point out things that we may otherwise have missed and explain additional items to look for and pay attention to. Had no issues getting a hold of him after the inspection. Top to Bottom just ran a home inspection for me on Friday, 5/6/16. They were extremely thorough and walked me and my husband through some of their recommendations on the spot--pointing out things that would need to be fixed, or even things that wouldn't necessarily need to be fixed, but that we should be aware of or keep an eye on for the future. Bob Enders gave us tremendous insight into both houses that we had him inspect. We feel incredibly lucky to have found him. After our first house fell through, we knew immediately upon finding a second house that we wanted him as our inspector. Just got back from our first home insurrection today and it went very well! Our inspector was Doug. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, very thorough, and very friendly. Way better than I expected actually. Even though it was 24 degrees and windy he stayed outside still covering every inch around the outside. On the inside he was just as thorough. I would recommend them to everyone!!!
Dan inspected my house on short notice and under unusual circumstances. He was filling in for a friend from another company who had a family emergency. It was quite a blessing to have Dan fill in and I was very pleased working with him. He was very professional and thorough. He wrote a great report with pictures and did a great job explaining the urgent fix ups and the not so urgent fix ups. I still contact him every so often to ask his advice. I will recommend his company to my family and friends in the future.
