Dan was extremely pleasant to work with, for our recent home inspection. He answered all of our questions and gave us tons of valuable information in regards to fixing and maintaining common household issues. He was quick to get a report to my realtor when we were in a time crunch and I would definitely recommend him.
Jim Parlato conducted my home inspection. He was thorough and explained things very well. All of my questions were answered and he pointed out some safety features and improvements that could be added in the future. The report was ready the same day (on a Sunday) and he assured me that I could contact him at any time as long as I was in the home. I would highly recommend this company.
I would highly recommend Top to Bottom Services. We had two houses inspected by Jim (the first we decided not to purchase) and were really impressed both times. He is very thorough and is more than happy to answer any question you have. The report you get after is very detailed and the appliance recall check service is a great added benefit.
This company did a great job. Jim was extremely kind and very thorough. He walked me through the entire house and told me things that I would never have known otherwise. He also held himself out if I had any questions in the future. Fair price and great service! Highly recommended!
Jim and John of Top To Bottom Services were very professional and proficient with regards to the home inspection that they performed for us. I highly recommend Top to Bottom home inspection services. Jim, our inspector, was thorough, helpful, engaging and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and the things that he found that were potential problems. I would use Top to Bottom again, and I would ask for Jim.

The inspector was fantastic. They really are top to bottom. By the time the inspection was complete, i had a much better understanding of the current status of the home i am trying to purchase and knew what things needed to be fixed, what things would need to be fixed, and what things were still in good condition. The report generated was fantastic and included photos, helping me to explain to the seller what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend them and definitely use them again if i needed to.
