In buying my very first home, Jim was very welcoming and explained everything as we went through the house from no kidding, 'Top to Bottom', LOL. Wasn't trying to be puny but I guess it works. Jim was patient and took time to explain not only what the concern was but also why it should be a concern. I really appreciated his easy approach and professional attitude. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone getting ready to buy a home!!!
As out of state owners preparing to sell a condo we inherited, Top to Bottom was easy to work with, reasonably priced and super responsive.
TTBS came recommended by our realtor, and as part of our first home buying experience. The team is all skilled and knowledgeable, and made our inspection a breeze - even for a small space, there was no rush, and it was thorough. Not only that, the staff members feel like your own friends. I would highly recommend using again and will use TTBS for all future home inspection needs.
