This was actually our 3rd experience with a home inspection and this was by far the best. Dan was extremely thorough and explained the inspection process to us in terms we could understand. He was so detailed and was just overall fun to work with. I highly recommend TTBS and Dan in particular!

We have used four different inspection services while buying investment property in the last 2 years. First one was great but he retired and the. next two were just ok. This time our realtor suggested Top to Bottom and we were very pleased. I would certainly use them again and recommend them for professional top notch service.

TTBS was recommended to us by our realtor. The company was very professional, from the first interaction to the last email sent. This was for our first home purchase, which is a very daunting experience in and of itself. They shared the same enthusiasm we had for the experience, and were consultative in the services we would request from there. Mathew was our inspector and he did a great job. Although the weather was awful that day he was right on time. He explained everything in a way I could understand and did a very thorough job. He even got the inspection report back to us sooner then expected. I would highly recommend top to Bottom and Matthew!

Dawa was our inspector and she was awesome. Early, professional, knowledgeable, and very quick to turn the report around. Due to some issue, we needed the report the same day, and she had it to us by 3pm (did the inspection at 9:30am). We were very happy with our inspection done by John, and yes, you should ask for him by name. He was very knowledgeable and professional, didn't mind my husband following him around for the inspection and even spoke with him throughout. We talked about improvements we planned on making, any special considerations to consider for those improvements, and left with a recommendation of what to ask the sellers to fix on the house. He was VERY detailed, explained everything in detail, and made us feel comfortable through every step of the process. Doug did a great job on our home inspection. He was knowledgeable, thorough, kind, clear and efficient. He also sent the report right away, but perhaps most importantly he impressed my structural engineer father! We feel very lucky to have had Top to Bottom Services help us with buying our first home.

My inspector was Doug Deist for my condo in Frederick, MD. He was awesome! He was very thorough and explained everything very well. I have never owned a house so it was all very new to me and he explained everything very clearly and patiently. Gave me recommendations on things to look out for in the future and things that need to be serviced over time. I highly recommend them.
