My car has 15k miles. On a routine checkup I asked them to look at the USB that would short out every time you hit a bump. I was told it was my USB cables ... Both of them. They agreed to replace the part. What they replaced it with is scratched and rusty. I have no confidence in the dealership if this is how they react to a $15 USB port

here is an update. I wish I had not gone back, as I had a bad experience in 2020. this year I went to them for an oil change and, I suspected, a brake job. he tried to sell me on a serpentine, spark plugs and all these other services, including differential services - all at under 60,000 total miles on my vehicle. still, I did the brake job. guess what? they totally messed up my rotors and for the past 12,000 miles, they have squeaked, squealed and pulsated. Went to purchase a Sequoia today at this Toyota dealership which is very close to where I live. The sales lady was very nice but would not let me test drive the car. I have purchased and test drove more "exotic" and expensive cars than a Sequoia. In fact the car I came in was nicer than a Sequoia. Apparently, I didn't look like the type of person who could afford a Toyota. They didn't even try to sell me the car. I guess they felt it wasn't worth their time? I left a Google review initially of 5 stars because I had great customer service from both Justin and Manny with finally deciding on the vehicle and working on budget and numbers to secure my business. Didn't feel gimmicky or car salesman vibes, but honest and valued my business. But now I just have such a distaste and feel scammed from the finance department end. told me a regular oil change and tire rotating would be an hour and a half. been here for almost 4 hours and no news. they told me it would almost be done and then 30 minutes later asks what name the car is under. dog cheeks service never coming back

HORRIBLE dealership with HORRIBLE, RUDE, borderline hostile sales people! Our experience was so incredibly bad that I can't even find the right words to describe it. Do not shop here!

I brought my car in for service and had to wait a couple days for ABS brake parts and repair. No problem. I come back to get my car and drive home. It starts raining and I come to find out my windshield wipers don't work. I had to wait two more days since on Sunday the service area is closed. I call Monday first thing and they tell me to come in. They inform me that the tech didn't reconnect my windshield wipers when I initially picked up my car. True story- long time Toyota owner- brought my 2016 in 3000 miles ago for oil change and check brakes. Was told brakes are fine. Went in this Friday for brake sound, told I need all 4 wheels new brake pads and rotors as well as $2000 other repairs. When I told the service director the rear brakes (pads and rotors) were just changed 10 months ago and I only drive 7000 miles per year, I got more lies. Will never go there again.

Also, I forgot to mention in my previous review to be sure if you are so inclined to spend your hard earned money on tires at TODB, make sure you get your key to the lug nut lock back or they will "forget" to give it back to you and you will have to buy another set if you take your car (which you will) to have tires replaced elsewhere.
