After having visited 3 other Toyota dealerships before purchasing my truck I decided to make one last stop and try Toyota of Deerfield Beach. By far the best place to buy a new or used car. I have bought many cars and been to many dealerships all over the country. Hospitality was 5 stars great people great vibe and they don't have that cut throat approach to pressure anybody into buying a car. Very easy going and make you feel like they are in your best interest. My sales person Natalie and Matthew made sure I was taken care of and made me feel special. Appointment scheduled to avoid a long wait on my busy schedule, 2.5 hours later still waiting for an alignment, a tire stud replacement and a quick car wash no even a vacuum cleaning to the interior of the vehicle as a courtesy for the aggravation and to top it off discount, denied. Overpriced car repairs like most Toyota dealers $125 for tire stud replacement. Most of the staff is friendly. To follow up on the next visit.

I honestly have mixed feelings about this dealership. I bought a Tacoma in Aug '15 and they are good about doing car washes and oil changes. (Just had to keep reminding them to clean the inside too) But I had a problem with my tire falling off randomly when I was driving, lost the tire and had it towed here. Turns out my lug nuts were too small (after I had an aftermarket lift kit, Rim and tire installed at a different place) I had to order a whole new tire and rim and lug nuts for all 4 of my tires. they did a whole diagn... read more

Bought my Highlander in July- absolutely love my new SUV. Went to get service Friday excellent- 3-4 hr service in just 2 hrs. Only gave 4 stars due to a scheduling issue for the service. Answered all additional questions I had about the vehicle as well. Jeff- service advisor was awesome! Definitely worth the drive up there for service!

They know what they are doing. Get you in and out with great and reliable cars! Incredible service (I recommend Shane Connette!) Bonus: Free water, and great food!
