I can die now...as I've seen it all! Toyota came out with a special racing 2023 Corolla called the GR Corolla (GR stands for Gazoo Racing, their global race team). It's 300 horsepower!!! The MSRP of the one pictured is $38,934. But this dealership placed an addendum on the car, plus a $10,000 "market adjustment", bringing the total to $51,163.99...plus sales tax, title, registration and $895 "dealer add on profit"...I mean "dealer service fee". they put the WRONG address on my account after handing them my drivers license immediately told them it was wrong and was told sure no problem we will fix it right away...... 2 months later it was never fixed I have now missed payments and all my paperwork is still being sent to an incorrect address which I was told was going to be fixed 2 months ago. No one will answer the phone or fix the problem ......

We purchased our 6th new Toyota, the most recent from this dealership. We bought a tint package and was unable to get a appointment for the front window tint. Their service department indicated I can get it done local and send them the receipt for reimbursement. I submitted a $125 receipt and they declined to reimburse. They let a nickel hold up their next dollar. Good luck Ms Campos.

Walked in around 7-7:30 pm. a couple of nights ago. I stood there for about 5 mins. I had to walk over to a desk where there were a few sales people doing absolutely nothing. Nobody is eager to sell a car at this dealership. This will reflect on their service. What was more disappointing was that the receptionist saw me standing there. She did not greet me. Very disappointed with the service at this location. They sold me a new Tundra with a defective bed liner cover and didn't provide me with the second key and user's manual after many visits to this dealership I still haven't gotten my issues resolved. I had a visit today and since there were no managers available they did not give me the second key that they already have at the dealership and were not able to repair my bed liner cover.

Wasted 2 hours of my time waiting and they could not find a small cut in the tire that caused it to lose air. Not all air leaks are caused by nails and can be visible, using simple soap never occurred to Toyota geniuses. They told me they see nothing wrong with my tire, but suggested me to buy a new tire ?! Professional Tire shop in the area found the problem instantly and fixed it for $15 ! So much for Toyota "certified" services

Every time I took my car to a service over there the mechanics never fix the things that should be fix, i don't know if they don't read. Don't take ur car there! It's a nightmare!

I have to call this dealer THE BAIT AND SWITCH DEALER.. called in for a price and showed up for the work to be done on my car only to find out that they upped the price and told me nothing we can do..these CROOKS baited me with a low price only to get me to show up and jacked up the price on me...never again will I trust any dealer especially this one.....

Sitting here at Toyota in Deerfield Beach FL for the past 2 hours for an oil and tire rotation. Have no idea when it will be done, no update at all from the staff here. Service here is a negative 10, however, the coffee machine was good.
