Unsatisfying experience! I was here today for a maintenance and they told me that I need to change the front and back brakes (about $700). After I waited almost four hours then they told me that the worker broke one of the caliper. How can a professional worker from Toyota make suck mistake. Hopefully next time it won't be that same worker.
Ripoff prices on both service and tires/parts. They don't hire enough mechanics, just service consultants who sit playing with their thumbs all day. Waste of too much time and money to come here
Consumer beware. Brought my truck in for routine maintenance and got back a truck that did not drive the same. Master mechanic advised he only does oil changes and tire rotation and could not advise further. Car was also reported to be in an accident while in Toyota Deerfields possession. Had to prove that the vehicle was with them as well as dealing with an 8 month rectification which was only completed after legal action was sought after. Go elsewhere. These are not professionals
Was quoted $115 over the phone to drain and fill transmission, drove 25 minutes for my appointment only for the price to increase to over $300 when I arrived & they apparently "don't preform the service," & I would have to do a complete replacement of the liquid (not good to do on higher mileage transmissions) This told me either there's either a huge gap of information between the departments, or they don't care wether your car actually needs a service or what is best for the vehicle. everyone there cant do their simple job and fix my car. I left my car that I just bought with them for a week because the bumper was loose and the headlight was broken. Enrique is a retard and couldn't find the keys so he took 2 days to call me and rafael sold me the car and never showed his face again(another retard). the headlight is still broken after paying $100 for Ubers. These people are all incompetent. My dads truck also came with problems they still didn't fix after 5 failed diagnostics.
Almost always discourteous or, at best, indifferent service managers. Apparently, incompetent mechanics. I have a 2023 Sequoia TRD Pro that had oil changed. Couple of weeks later, driving on Alligator Alley, the splash guard (that would have been removed for oil change) partially separates from the vehicle. When they saw it this morning, I got no apologies and indifferent attitude. went in for a service in my car to change battery that was supposed to be on a 84 month warrant after 1 year of battery it was already dead, the guy wanted me to pay almost $300 to change it and it was super rude explaining why it wasn't covered and acted like i owed them something does not know how to treat a customer at all so if you go in for service do not go to the guy named RYAN worst experience at a dealer ship..

Be aware of this location. I went to change my battery and I had a valid warranty and this location did not honor and refused to used the warranty that I had and told me that I had to buy a new battery at full price. they did not even try to help and just simply said no that they are not honoring my valid warranty. Since I needed a battery I had no choice to buy a new battery.
