Sad to say Deerfield Toyota was not able to fix the check engine light after multiple drop offs last year, after all this time with the light still on I am sure I damaged the car. I wasted money and time with this company, I Gave up and traded my Scion FR-S and bought a new 2021 Acura today.

The 12 bolt battery on my 2016 prius died. I called and was told I didn't need an appointment, which was good considering I had just flown in on a red-eye flight. I keep going back because I keep hoping that they would have improved their service etc... conveniently located 10 min from work. But this was the last time, they wanted $1,400 for the replacement of a power steering pump on a 2004 Toyota 4Runner. The part if you buy it new is $150 (max) and it would take less then an hour to install. Getting ahold of someone is just insane. I've called 3 days this week and they have been treating me like a game of hot potato. "This person can help you" "no this person can help you""no i cant help you but this person can". I was probably transferred to every single person in the dealership because they were just passing me along. Was told my repair would take 1 hour then when I got here they told me 3 hours now it's been over 4 hours I'm still here with no car and I had to bring it in because of a recall because of their bad airbags and I had an appointment
Worse toyota dealer ever the salesman was desrespectful not responsive not reliable go to the other city and dont go to this terrible place!
The attention is bad to pay and collect yes, but when a problem arises and you are going to claim the guarantee, they do not want to attend to you, they tell you one thing and it is another, then they deceive the clients I do not recommend at all they are thieves
We went to find a toyota corolla but it was a waste of time, the price that we saw at the beginning was totally different when the customer service guy finally gave us the price higher than they have posted, the personal wasn't friendly and when we rejected the price higher the customer service guy ( Jose) got upset, finally we went to Nissan and we got a new Nissan Rogue that is 10 times better than the corolla and it had a better price , i want to thank toyota deerfield beach for bad attendance cause we got the opportuni... read more
