Not a good dealer ship at all we saw a car online and a price, went to go see it and we confirmed the price and everything with them and then we said okay we'll get it. Then he goes to get the paperwork and comes back and says oh there's an error on the price online it's supposed to be higher we can't sell you it at that price. Not good customer service at all they should have honored the price as advertised they gave nothing to make up for it a waste of my time. I'd recommend Autonation Weston!

On February 5 2022 I brought my 2015 Lexus in for an oil change and when I picked it up they had a printout of work that they said needed to be done to the tune of$4,528.20. My car only has 71000 miles. I was floored and took my car to EF Tire and Auto Repair in Pompano and they did all the work that NEEDED to be done fora total cost of $950.50 enough said

BE CAREFUL, they mislead me about the warranty coverage, i went there because i heard a noise coming from the wheel on the rear passenger side ,at my first visit about this problem they told me that my tire is "feathered", even took me to the garage to show me and advised me to buy new tires , since the tires didn't even reach a year i declined but the noise was still bothering me so i took it to another mechanic and surprise surprise , it was in fact the wheel bearing hub on the rear passenger side and just to make sure i t... read more

I scheduled an appointment today to get an oil change. I picked a Monday at 11am because everyone would be at work and it would be empty so it should be in and out. When I arrived I was right I was the only car at the service bay. I've been in the waiting room for over 3hrs and still nothing. I ask for the manager and explained what's going on. He said" I'll check what's going on" that was 40min ago. This place is a joke. Avoid for service . What was the point of an appointment?!?!?

Let me tell you a story about a dealership named Toyota of Deerfield Beach, and then you decide for yourselves what they are doing and what their motivations are. As you read the story keep in mind that this dealership is owned by Warren Buffet. I took my 2012 Corolla to them to replace the starter. They quoted me a price of around $1,000. They did not have the starter in stock and said they would order it so they can do the work the next day. I gave them the ok. Went to this dealer with car priced at 38,000 on the web site. After talking with salesperson and deciding to purchase I find out that in addition to the the 38k there was 3k + more in dealer options added that were not disclosed. Very unethical. Total waste of 2 hours. I know there is a supply shortage and dealers are struggling to make a profit but lying and deceiving is not the way to go.

BAIT AND SWITCH. I responded to an ad for a fair price on a used vehicle. Decided to purchase the car based on the price quoted. The sales person returned with a bill of sale that included $1,800 in dealer "add ons and service" (about 11% more than the price quoted) and refused to remove the charge. First, I must say , I will NEVER buy another Toyota. This dealer pure lied o me, but took my money. They said 3 years free service, which would include 3 Synthetic oil changes, at 10,000 mile intervals and tire rotations every 5,000 miles.
