I went into Toyota of Deerfield Beach confused about what was appropriate for my needs. Salesman Craig Salabrese thoroughly explained the differences between the CRV, the Highlander and the 4Runner and the benefits of new vs used based on my needs. Who knew buying a car could be so much fun. I just completed the drive from Florida to Connecticut in comfort and a great feeling of safety in my beautiful 2013 4Runner. Great big thank you to all.

Craig sabarese helped me today. He was great. We came in looking for information on the new Prius and even though we live in California, he is responsible for the sale of the new Prius regardless. Very helpful, and suggest you ask for him to help you if you decide to come to Toyota.

Totally satisfied with Toyota of Deerfield beach .great costumer service.I love Toyota of Deerfield beach. They have great customer service.their staff is so friendly.I would recommend doing business with them. Fast and quick service. They were very fast when you get you oil changed. There cars are very nice condition there is no flaws on any vehicle.

I had a really good car buying experience with Craig Sabarese. By the time I left I felt like I was buying a car from a trusted friend. He is good people, a retired NYPD detective, and a guy hat really enjoys his job. I know that I can call him for any issue I may have in the future and he will do whatever he needs to do to make it right. Great dealership and a great sales guy. Thank you Craig!

I just bought a car for my pregnant daughter. She had done a lot of research on safety and Toyota was at the top of her list. As soon as we walked onto the lot we were greeted by Craig Sabarese. Absolutely wonderful! He made us feel at ease instantly. We decided on a highlander and were directed to the finance department where Dwight did everything possible to get us the best rate and lowest price possible. Thank you, Toyota! I couldn't be more excited with our purchase and our experience.

Purchased my Toyota Corolla there a few years ago and I have to say they really excel at customer service. From day one I have been treated with so much care from every single one of their employees it's impressive. Not to mention my car is wonderful and never gives me any issues.. but whenever I need an oil change I make the appointment and I am taken care of without delay. Toyota of Deerfield Beach by far has the best service department. I travel approximately 30 miles away from my location just to have my service done here. Everyone is so polite, fast, and efficient. I recently came in to have my oil changed and tires rotated and I was on my way within the hour. I would like to add that I am part of the Advantage Program and come here on my days off for my free car washes. All in all the atmosphere and service is exceptional! awful!!! dropped my car off for 1 tire repair. car was dropped off at 11:30AM at 3:30 I called to see if it was done, left on hold for 8 minutes, they come back to tell me they don't have the tire for my car, are you kidding it took you 4 hours to figure that out! so they tell me they are going to put a tire on but don't worry it's the same size...I go at 4 to pick up the car and end up waiting another hour and they come out and tell me the tire sensor is broke...wasn't broke when I brought it to them...car is a 2025 stil... read more
