Simple Tacoma oil change Disappointed again. Last two times I went for oil change it took way to long. I think 1 hour and 15 min is not much of a improvement over last time of 1 hour and 33 min. I make an appointment and all ways arrive on time. This time I had to go to the service desk and ask if my vehicle was ready. No one even came out to the waiting area to let me know. Waiting Horrible sales department. Have a simple question and my sales person is never in. Tried calling dealersecond time and couldn’t get through, just silence. Did a chat someone called me back question never answered put through to my sales man no answer. I called back and asked for sales manager and was told he would contact my salesman. After at least an hour still no call and no answer to my simple question. I’m even on their $500 waiting list.

Documents taken from glove box Generally been very happy with service here, but they have been unable to explain my glove box being emptied during my last appointment. Happy to change this review once I get my manual, registration, insurance, and repair history documents back!

Oil change Took vehicle in for oil change and waited it Took 1 hr and 10 minutes. Way too long given I had a set appointment time.

Happy customer Service was timely and explained to me completely. Took only the amount of time estimated. Friendly service. Listen to what I was looking for and didn’t perform any unnecessary services.

Totally unhappy with this dealership! Absolutely let down. This dealership is nothing like it was when we first bought our brand new four runner. The service check in guy was in such a hurry and extremely rude. He did not acknowledge a word I said. I told him I was having issues still with door locks. He then questioned me why I had not been back sooner . I told him one I live 2 hrs away I choose this dealership, 2. I have a demanding job, and address any issues at time of service, 3. Bring something to read while you wait!! I usually have a very good experience when I bring in my car for service. Yesterday, 9/23/21 was not so good. I arrived a few minutes early for my 12;30 appointment and stood in a line to check in for half an hour. When I got to the front of the line I asked approximately how long it would take until my car would be ready I was told it would be close to an hour maybe a little longer. Great cust. svc on purchase, poor repair svc. Took much too long waiting for someone to acknowledge me after pulling my car in and after two hours of waiting for a status update on oil change. Service personnel seemed nonchalant. Great purchase, poor service.

Control appointments. I called to get an oil change and was given an appointment for the same day. I had to wait more than 10 minutes before I could even sign in. I was then told that it would take 1 1/2 hours to make the oil change. I asked why it would take twice as long as usual and was told that they were busy. DON’T MAKE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU ARE TOO BUSY.
