Very nice experience. Love the shuttle! No complaints from me. Nice that I was able to use a coupon that I asked for on site at time of service. Really appreciated shuttle service. Driver was super nice and I felt comfortable with him and his driving.
Replaced the fuel tank. Always professional in this shop, which is why we drive all the way in from Rockford . They were quick and the car now fills completely.

A wonderful experience I had the best and easiest car purchase at Toyota of Grand Rapids. From the moment I entered the building I felt welcomed and attended to! John Kangas, who was my salesperson, worked hard to get the car I wanted at the price I needed and Evan in finance was a wizard at getting me the best interest rate for my loan. Even though I live an hour away I will not hesitate to return for my next car purchase! Best of all I love my RAV4. I am sold on Toyota!
